    Lisa McKale

“No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” — Eleanor Roosevelt. I’m very excited to have recently joined the team on Women's Leadership Today as an Editor. In my 25-year career, I’ve had the opportunity to write and edit in a variety of areas, including community newspapers, legal and policy publications, trade magazines and social media. In that time, I’ve enjoyed working with and for many inspiring and resourceful women—and in some instances being “the boss” myself. I most look forward to picking the brains of women leaders throughout the nation, learning their ideas and perspectives about career success and applying them to my own journey! For women who lead and those who seek to lead, I believe our site will prove an invaluable resource.
