How do I register?
Simply complete and submit the online registration form or call us at 1-484-876-1320 or 1-800-964-6033.

For customized training programs, bundled packages or on-site training please call one of our customer service specialists or email us at info@womensleadershiptoday.com.

What is a live webinar training?
A live event that includes program materials, interactive training with the speaker and an interactive question & answer session.

Access instructions will be emailed 1 week prior to the live event, along with a reminder e-mail 24 hours prior to the training.

What is an on-demand webinar training?
A recording link of a workshop that includes program materials. The entire interactive training with the speaker, and interactive question & answer period have been pre-recorded. These training programs are self-paced, allowing you to view them when it’s most convenient, as many times as you’d like.

On-demand workshops will be emailed by end of day, after the live workshop has taken place.

Which platform are your webinars hosted on?
We use GoToWebinar which makes every event, whether live or recorded, easily accessible as well as portable.

The GoToWebinar app is available on all smart devices (tablets/phones) for convenient on the go access.

What if I lose my access information?
No problem. Simply call 1-484-876-1320 or 1-800-964-6033 or request it by sending an e-mail to info@womensleadershiptoday.com.

When and how will I receive the program materials?
Approximately 3-5 days before the workshop, you will be e-mailed a link where you can download the presentation materials. Please check your spam folder as sometimes live links in the email body disrupt delivery.

  • Access instructions will be emailed 1 week prior to the live event, along with a reminder e-mail 24 hours prior to the training.
  • Upcoming workshops purchased as on-demand will be by end of day, after the live workshop has taken place.
  • Workshops available for purchase as on-demand only, will be available (via hyperlink) on your confirmation/receipt of purchase page.
  • During the workshop, you can chat your questions in the chat box. Also, the moderator will instruct you to ask questions, during the Q & A session.
  • Your questions can be submitted in advance as well.

If I don’t see a training I need on your site, is it not offered?
Please connect with us. It’s more than likely that we have the program in our database, it will be available in the future or we can customize a training for you.

Complaint resolution policy
If you aren’t satisfied with the quality and/or outcome of your purchase, a refund will be issued, if brought to our attention within 7 days of the transaction.

We aim to provide the highest standards of service. However, there may be occasions when our service does not meet your expectations.

In the event that this occurs, our goal is to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with our action or explanation, the member of staff dealing with your complaint will be happy to discuss your concerns further.
